So how did you do/how were the stud games? Are you posting a trip report in the B&M Forum?

Is 20/40 the lowest stakes you'd be able to find a Stud, Stud 8, or HOSE-rotation type game during the Series?

OK, my understanding from multiple sources is that the $50/100 stud/8 games that run during the series tend to suck. One of these years I'll find out for myself.

They had a 60-120 mix at the Bellagio. The mix varies from day to day with 2-7 TD, Badugi, O8, S8, S h/l no qualifier

Last year z32 and I played a very drunken session of 5-10 HORSE at MGM Grand. The game was full of party wsop qualifiers that were staying there and would have been very juicy if we weren't playing like complete drunken maniacs.

We also found a 6-12 mix game at the Venetian last year that included LHE, o8, razz, stud8, 2-7 and badugi. That game was absurdly soft but moved very slowly because every badugi round would require an explanation of hand rankings.

I didn't play a lot of poker as I was with 4 friends, none of whom play at all. If I knew about those tourneys at Binions I would have came in a couple days early.
I played 1-5 at mirage for a couple hours one afternoon....twas boring and I was going to switch to hold em but this one lady was playing every hand and I was trying to take her metamucil money.

Played 8-16 limit hold em for a nice long session at bellagio and did pretty well, even though I'm not very good at it....wanted to play NL but the list was long. The game was super soft as the only game they had less than that is a 4/8 limit. Unfortunately that was all I got in and nothing too crazy to report, at least in terms of poker

Same crew waiting hours to start it every day. Same crew in Tunica at the WPO and same crew elsewhere. Average age 70+. Draw your own conclusions.

Wynn 20/40 HOE + 2-7 ran last night. I hit and ran after only 4 S8b hands and one 2-7 round. Hot!
