i agree i think in position i would play this as played - his re pop pre flop suggests Aces at this level, his flop and turn bets reinforce this, so i think calling with the intention to fold if the diamond hits is a reasonable play. if your draw hits turn pot it, if it hits on the river bet around 1/3 of the pot

I think we are all in agreement with this, especially when you have this monster of a draw on that flop, you have to RR here. On river IMO this is a fold. Just seems to me you're beat by a better flush too much of the time here and won't be a profitable call.

I agree with this. And as played I fold river.

However, I probably would have lost my stack here if he did have aces with nut flush draw because I would have potted the flop and turn and just accepted my fate.
