It's still early though. Only 8 precints are reporting. I will get nervous if that number hits 20 and we are still behind.

"Table Games are coming to Ohio County. 38 out of 39 precincts have reported in Ohio County on the table gaming referendum and the votes are 6,931 FOR table gaming and 3,572 against. This includes early voting."

With 25 of 30 precincts reporting, Jefferson County voters were rejecting the table games option for Charles Town Races & Slots 58 percent to 42 percent. A defeat would mean Pennsylvania-based Penn National Gaming Inc. must wait two years before putting the issue before voters again.

FU West Virginia.

Meanwhile, a measure to authorize table games at Charles Town Races & Slots was trailing in Jefferson County 4,647 to 3,305 with votes in 25 of the county's 30 precincts counted, election officials there said.

I hear that Pennsylvania is going to push table games as well. Sucks to be in DC/Maryland right now, but hopefully PA will pull through.

It would have been nice to have to drive only an hour to play some cards. I love AC, but can't do that trip often unfortunatley.

so wheeling island is getting table games....what about mountaineer? also does anyone know these two casinos plans as far as putting in a poker room? I hope its a BIG one! [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

ok so the mountaineer wont be voted on till June 30th...does anyone know anything about what kind of poker room wheeling island plans to put in? and when will the tables be opened up for play? im so excited
