does anyone take the last hand into consideration?

Hand one, villain probably has a hand like K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q

I think the second hand is very marginal, but I'm leaning towards a fold on the flop. This is definitely a donk shove on his part. There's a very real possibility that he's on the flush draw, but I think you'll also be seeing AK, or AJ much of the time as well here. A good player would almost never open shove here as he did, but then I suppose your thread title pretty much says it all

fold to flop ai. take a note of it and if it happens again reconsider.

And then later you'll wish you called this one. I'm down with a call.

I don't think this is ever a "snap call". To do so would be irresponsible. It's marginal at best. Sure, a lot of the time he may show the flush draw, but he'll also make this play with hands like AK, and AJ, in which you are a huge dog.

The villain is clearly a donk making this play. It's a common rook move "I flop 2 pair it must be good, oh boy is this great!"

In reality all he is doing is phishing for a set. He gets the hands that would normally pay him off to fold (except in this case), and normally only gets called by the hands that beat him. I imagine he goes busto frequently employing this strategy, i.e. open shoving in spots like this. He probably open shoves his over pairs like this as well. Very exploitable

tough break OP. I'd just "buddy list" this guy; follow him around and bust him up! There is no way the villain is a winning player.

i prolly call this, against a thinking opponent who will put you on a strong ace high usually calling this raise preflop, i love pushing this flop if i hit 2 pair

this is a donkey guy tho so i would call against him all the time.
