A pro, who will remain anonymous, told me in person that he receives 100% + 30 dollars an hour for every hour he plays (not table hour, just total). He also isn't really a huge pro, so I don't know if it gets better or worse.

why would they pay to do their work? after all, they represent FT by playing at their site and at tournaments. so of course theyre getting payed for it.

100% is the standard. Some get small % of total rake for the site. Also, many get signing bonuses when they sign with Full Tilt.
Rumor is that FT has not been paying pros lately because they are saving up for legal fees. Lederer and Ferguson are going to be arrested during WSOP. Led and Ferg own a major portion of the site.
