If I knew that the minraiser was folding and that I would get heads up against this range with the dead money then I would push all in really fast.

I shove both, hand 2 is close, hand 1 is not

How can we have reverse implied odds if we are all in?

tens is pretty close, but i think i fold in that spot. queens up are ridic easy, jacks probably go either way (but i would probably always call with them).
