Wow, you're good. I was about to type in on the river if he had AA gh but i bet too fast. I guess runner runner 1 outter is a standard beat now?

I ran the odds in PokerStove of losing. Basically, 1 in 1000 times that you flop quads you're gonna lose to runner runner higher quads. I dont know about you, but I doubt i've hit quads 1000 times in my poker career. In other words, this is a once in a lifetime bad beat (most likely?). I guess it puts things in perspective.

yeah but it's the same thing if you flop a set of queens on a 275 board and a guy hits runner runner JJ to win. i'm sure i've hit 1k sets over smaller pairs.

You guys dont read too well do you? Im talking about flopping quads you will lose 1 in 1000 times if you're up against an overpair. Sets get cracked all the time so using them as an example is lame at best.
