Default Re: Hand from Live 10/20 two way game at Borgata

Was anyone here playing in the game when it started on Sunday from about 12:30 to 3pm? I was in it for the first time; broke about even in Omaha and didn't do too badly for my first time playing stud in a casino but got rivered in a big pot for both high and low in a big stud pot.

The game didn't seem to have many 2+2 types - mostly pretty old men who were not very aggressive. I was about the only one doing any raising preflop in the Omaha rounds.

Rob,
I left saturday night abotu 1:00am. But just to confirm, yes you are correct:

"The game didn't seem to have many 2+2 types - mostly pretty old men who were not very aggressive. I was about the only one doing any raising preflop in the Omaha rounds"

This is the standard texture of this game, some of these old men are very tight while the game does have its fair share of loosey goosey players, thats what makes this game such a great one. Once you figure out who fits into what category its a great game to play in.

Saturday was only the second time i played at that game with another 2p2 for sure. I didn't know until yesterday that matt was 2p2 but one other time when i sat down i knew that the one guy was 2p2 from the description he posted of himself.
