I am not really worried about him having a better hand here but I just don't think someone this tight is going to stack off w/ a worse hand often enough for this to make sense, unless it's more for protection that value.

TAG's can't lay down combo draws on any street but i agree thats prob the only hand we stack here

lol, i just re-read the post and noticed that he's 20/15. I thought he was 10/8, but that's his aggression factors on each streets. whoops!

that means he's probably calling a little loser but it prob takes a combo to call, which is makes this fine because he will call with worse hands often enough because i think combo draws are well within his range for betting here, especially if he's so aggressive!

another thing is that "ch/r for protection" is kinda dumb because villain should be checking behind with his draws pretty often here, exactly because its such and obvious spot to ch/r. i think he bets his air hands/crap pairs that he doesnt want to showdown way more often than his legit draws - in which case we shouldnt be ch/r'ing anyway. if youre going to "protect" then leading for 30-35 is much better

I think this is terrible actually. I don't see a 'non donk' ever calling with a worse hand for what is like 80BBs. I think the only hand you might get any value out of is TT, and I do not think he is calling with a combo draw here.

I think its ok if you're doing it for protection bc you think he is betting a draw, but which draws is he not raising the flop with?

how about any potential draw? Do you seriously think most tags raise this flop >1/3 the time w/ 1 draw?

am in a different universe? At 1/2 on ftp every tag bets any draw in position when checked to on the turn.

i think c/c sucks - what's the point if he's drawing? and talk about tough river decisions on >50% of rivers
