I would start giving her some omega-3 supplements and decrease amount candy, white bread and other heavily processed foods. Maybe she has some kind of nutritional deficiency that affects her behavior?

Dude, she's two. That's what two year olds do. You can't stop it, she'll grow out of it eventually.
Now having said that, heed the words of one of the posters above me -- never reward her outbursts. Also, since you'll be on a plane (confined space) there's not a whole lot you can do. Try to bring things to keep her occupied during the flight (games, books, toys, healthy snacks, etc. -- all age appropriate) This sounds like it's your first kid.
