I know this is no help... what to do here really has to do 'feel.'

If you guys have been sparring quite a bit then he could be doing this with a wide range of hands.

If you've 3 bet him a lot then his range can be broader.

this is so bad. if you think hes going to play back at you dont 3bet your marginal hands. 3bet the top and bottom of your range so you dont get forced into this situation. Yay!

This depends so much on the villain. Considering his stats I say easy fold. But had the villain been alot moore loose this is a shove IMO.

LuckyJIM, yeah he was betting every button and I was 3betting him very light.. Anyways thinking about this hand I think it`s still a fold, unless I`m willing to call and shove any raged flop.

calling and shoving ragged flop is icky cause youll end up calling a 4 bet and cf the flop about 1/2 the time. id rather shove pf.

you MIGHT consider shoving pf here given history. he's easily calling a 5 bet shove with QQ+ AK and maybe AQs. but he's 4 bet folding with a decent range here as well. pokerstove this and see how much folding equity you need.

yatta yatta yatta, i think i'll shove or fold, and fold more often.

Depends on the situation and the villain. If you have been 3-betting his button stealing light, then this is probably a call here, because he is going to play back at you light. But that would be extremely rare at this limit. You don't generally start to see a lot of this until you get to 200nl and higher.

If this is the first time that you have 3-bet him and he 4-bet shoves on you, then I think that this is a pretty easy fold.
