I think your very wrong, so you are saying a passive player is only gonna raise with QQ,JJ and TT here and will check with AA? That is just straight up wrong, 777 is an extremely strong hand, and I can see the villian flipping over AA,KK and AQ here a lot of the time.

Villian thinking "Flop, Omg lets checkraise"
"Turn, One card straight I bet he has it..."
"River, Omg I can't check all the way with aces, maybe he doesn't have a jack..."

You beat at least 60% of his preflop range and he checked 2 streets, even the most passive donk might take a stab at it now, this is a call.
