Of the Three Major Tournaments each year, Thomas did the best of anyone. WSOP ME, WPT Championships, and EPT finals I believe.

I haven't been a big fan of this guy since I played with him at the ME last year. After getting sucked out on a player who made an admittedly awful preflop call, he berated the guy for several minutes after.

That said, seemed like a pretty decent player.

i'm pretty sure his dad's worth less than $200 mil. you can burn through that in the big game in less than a year. throw in some slots at bellagio and busto is just around the corner.

EDIT: i see he's playing PLO with cts. won't be busto anytime soon!

Thomas was on Team Martin's Room for a long time. Wonder what happened there.

so i played with thomas 2 years ago at the bellagio. At the time he was terrible at NLHE, and the game would literally start around him at 10/20 and 25/50 if there werent already games going. He admitted he was terrible at NL but claimed to make lots of $$ at PLO.

Has he gotten a lot better at NLHE? Either way he seemed like a great guy, one of the few people that I've met at a poker table that I would speak a word to outside of the casino.

Thomas is good at NL tournaments and sort of a Renaissance Man. I've played with Thomas a fair amount and I like him a lot, but I do wish he'd stop criticizing opponents during the tournament.
