Lolz, SB has Ax of spades MP1 has KQ or something like that and if SB is a decent handreader he knows his ace is good.

I don't think you would ever slowplay a good hand here to the river because of all the draws + multiway pot and there isn't a single hand that is better than an Ace that you could have made on the river. You wouldn't draw here with A8s or A7s and you can't represent to have the A of spades because SB already got it.
