I didn't see anything like that in the "Poker Memorandum of Understanding'. Perhaps there is another document with poker rules? Otherwise I'm not sure what the penalty would be. I'll take tongue lashing any day.

Yep. If the rules don't spell out what the penalty is, the floor or room management apparently get to decide. I like the punishment being them coming over and telling you "we have a rule against that, sir".

Now they're enforcing EVERY rule? I guess you can blame me.

This was the first session I booked since you made your "stink".

It was very evident that it has had a effect on the dealers. I was a little a taken back, when dealers started speaking up. Too bad the main target was too stupid to understand anything beyond he was "being picked on"...

BTW, thank you for the efforts, I think it will end up with an overall positive result.

Thanks, and I hope so. I'll say though that I don't think they should interfere with HU players. I never mentioned it and what HU players do never bothers me. It was the 3rd party interference that got me going. Let's see what happens. Hopefully, with managements attention focused on the matter, it will work for the best.

Rules be rules. You can't demand they enforce the ones you like and cut slack on the ones you don't.

[/ QUOTE ]

Certainly correct, but I didn't even know this was a rule. It makes little sense and it's a bad one. If it's in the agreement w/ the State, though, we'll have to live w/ it.

It's a long one. Get a tall drink and a recliner and read for a long while.

Frankly I have been hearing about this "state rule book" around here for so long now, maybe it really does exist...

Amazing how the state can issue a rule book, yet the players can't read it.

I always heard that rule was only in jackpot games and it would "potentially" violate the awarding of a JP... it doesn't seem to get enforced at 20-40/40-80.
