If I use one of those cards, how do I cash out? Request a check? I thought banks wouldnt accept checks from poker sites?

That's why the sites don't say a word about the legislation; you can still deposit, but you can't cash out.

Quick question about these, I bought one and used it to deposit on Stars. I'd like to reload it but I'm 18 and haven't gotten any debit or credit cards to my name yet. Can I take the card to a store and have them reload it there?
