I'm not sure how you can measure the value of each of these. I know that with knowing the hole cards, you'll never make a mistake (FTOP sense), so you'll be a huge winner in the long-run. OTOH, knowing the cards to come will allow you to capitalize on some HUGE pots. How much, and how often... not sure.
