Thanks for the replies. Here are my thoughts:

PF: He's raising every hand I need to defend my blind occasionally with speculative hands.

Flop: He bets 1/4 pot. He's either slowplaying, or maybe he has JT or something. Maybe my queen is good, or maybe I can buy it later.

Turn: standard

River: I really wasn't sure what to put him on at this point, but I feel like I probably should have checked.

Results: I bet 200, he raised to 540 and called my push with T8o and MHIG.
