nothing planned yet. i'd like to go through texas. do you have any recommendations, places we should go see?

all i know is he's from atlanta, we'll be doing it in about 3 weeks time. i'm thinking over 4 days.

Heh, I had a friend that did Atl to LA the slow way, like 6 weeks of just partying in random places. He has a list of people who he has met and can contact all over the US. He would have the best suggestions, problem being, he left for a ~3 year tour in the peace corps a week ago.

Anyways, It depends on what you guys like to do; the only must for my trip was that I eat at a Waffle House somewhere since I won't eat any for the rest of the summer. If you are heading to gamble, I'd suggest Stopping in Tunica, then Norman (kinda crappy 100bb max on almost all NL games, but still decent) and then some casino in AZ somewhere, somebody probably has a decent suggestion.

Other than that, there is a ton of the old historic route 66 stuff that is right off of I-40 once you get to Texas or so....

oh man there were a few gas stations in between Albuquerque and flagstaff in the wilderness that were 3.79....so it could have been worse
