My combo is as follows: -Old Fashioned Quaker Oats (not instant or even 2 minute kind)--make my serving by mixing oatmeal & water and microwaving -flax seed (4 tspn) -flax oil (cinammon, 1 tblspn) -raisins -honey (tblspn) Not old yet for me. |
