I hadn't realized this. If this is the case, still no way NY gets nuked (even less of a chance actually).

Claire and Peter end up incest lovers in the backseat of a Chevy thinking they will soon be nuked, only to find out they will instead be giving birth to next seasons mutant-villian.

Predictions:

-"The bomb" will go off. Now of course that doesn't mean that NY will get nuked because of it.
-Hiro will stab Sylar like in the painting, which will prevent half of NY from being destroyed
-Linderman will somehow not be dead.
-DL will not die (boo)
-Parkman will not die
-Ando will die
-Season will end in some sort of cliffhanger

Also an FYI there will be 30 Heroes episodes next season instead of the 22-24 episodes we get for most series.

I just hope they don't have the bomb go off in some sort of miniature model of NYC instead of the real thing. Since the paintings don't show scale, this would make them still foretell the future without having to actually blow up NYC (like the dumb T-Rex vs. Hiro with a sword painting really just being him standing in a museum).

Have any of Isaacs predictions been wrong? I dont see how its possible the bomb doesnt go off and it isnt exactly like Peters dream.

esad, next season is still 24 episodes. During the midseason haitus, 6 Origin episodes not counting the 24 (6 new characters) will take place.

One could argue that Issac's painting of the bomb already came true when Hiro went forward in time for the first time. The paintings seem to be following Hiro's timeline. Like in the 5 years future episode, Mohinder points out that a segment of Issac's comic never came true. He then ends up completing that part himself.

I'm half expecting both Peter and Hero to die because they're both so ridiculously overpowered that writing for them is extremely difficult while giving everyone else something meaningfull to do.

I really, really hope not!! I think from the show's perspective Peter is expendable but I think Hero's populairty got way too big for them to kill off. But maybe not.

Cry, Peter and Hiro have a weakness that helps balence them (naive/dumb and somewhat of a pacafist respectively)
