[/ QUOTE ] I was thinking later that if I raise smaller...like $4, it might make a fold to a push an easier thing. Maybe that's a stupid thought.

Bottom 2 pair isn't that far ahead with 2 cards to come (due to counterfeiting), but against a set or better 2 pair you are practically drawing dead. In a 7 way pot, calling is spew.
