Seems like a standard push.

BUT IT'S NOT, THANK GOD WE WILL HAVE A HSMTT FORUM TO PUT HANDS LIKE THIS IN SOON ENOUGH!

Apparently, all-in PF hands aren't good enough for LFTV

Ya, since this a hi-stakes MTT hand and everything. Thats funny. Also, I read the hand v quickly, and think its not as stndrd as I may have posted, nonetheless, youre retarded for thinking a HSMTT forum will keep out trolls and youre also retarded for thinking I'm a troll or lower stakes player. Not rly sure what u meant by that. Oh, and writing in all CAPS is super-[censored] in MOST cases.

[/ QUOTE ]

my all caps sarcasm was in no way meant towards you but towards jurollo/mods as a joke since we are getting the new forum.

and uhh...i thought we needed some results for a good thread so i shoved and he called with AQo and in retrospect i think a good/tricky line is flat call since we will have position and he will have an awkward spot with 12k in the pot and 27k in my stack. I could easily take the pot postflop because of how often he misses, and it's tough for him to open shove 2.5x pot.

OH, AND I THINK TYPING IN CAPS IS COOL

This feels and sounds nitty but in this particular scenario folding feels right.

this is actually a very intersting preflop dynamic btw, and Colson made the correct play only if he believes Randall will react the way that he did

it only feels nitty if you think the preflop decision in Randalls spot here with w/e he is dealt is push or fold

consider how Randall should react if Colson raises the minimum....

No probs, you quoted my reply, so I obv thought u were talking direclty to me.

Regarding the hand, a shove would pretty much be standard for me here. I can not argue to anyone else though that either of the other two options wouldnt be more +ev for them in particular. Meaning all 3 options are viable in this situation. This is the type of hand and reason IMO, why posting MTT hands and strategy is usually unhelpful.

edit: FWIW, I do enjoy reading the very thought out and descriptive live MTT hands, ex. Justin's couple hands he posted from Wynn and Bay 101. Maybe I will have a rly bad day soon and be in the mood to post one.

I think I fold. Because I don't see colson 4xing and folding to a shove.

Both of my roomates are 19,20 and theyve played around 15 live MTTs, some more +ev than others(travel wise, field and such).
