All I can come up with is call his bet on the turn..which looks like a standard fish flush bet

and then either wait a really long time or really fast bet $.25 and see what he does

Why bother betting this flop against such a bad station?? You have a gutshot on a twotone board.

His fold to c-bet % was 40%. It was still worth it.

Keys, it sounds like you just talked yourself into calling it down, no?

No. Felix wanted me to peel here.

I folded.

BTW--to prove my point, here's the two hands where I finally stacked him, which were pretty close to each other.

Ok, here is why I wanted him to peel (CO here is the monkey)...

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $53.70
BB: $42.35
UTG: $8.90
MP: $24.75
<u>CO: $12.30</u>
<u>BTN: $29.55</u>

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> is dealt (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $1.00</font>, MP folds, CO calls $1.00, BTN calls $1.00, 2 folds

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($3.35) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">CO bets all-in for $11.30</font>, BTN calls $11.30, UTG folds

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($25.95) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

<font color="black">River:</font> ($25.95) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $25.95 ($1.25 Rake)

CO had 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (two pair, Fours and Threes) and WON (+$12.40)
BTN had K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a pair of Kings) and LOST (-$12.30)

He possibly is the worst 25NL player on FT, plain and simple. Folding is by no means poor here, but I also think we're way ahead of his range. Granted, we don't want to inflate the pot, cause even monkeys get hands once in a while, but I really think peeling here is a +EV play.
