When you're in really good shape or really bad shape, you sweat more. Bad shape because you're a fatty, and good shape because your body just cools more efficiently, like Blarg said. I guess you could botox yourself to not sweat as much? But if it's just when you work out, just get used to it.

or you could use a baseball cap..

I hate ruining my hats by sweating in them, getting them stained, and dirty. I'm too lazy to wash a hat, and I like keeping them nice.

I don't have headbands either, but I hate wearing hats when I work out.

I sweat so much, it's disgusting. I would easily go through 2 or 3 shirts in a 2.5 hour wrestling practice. My entire shirt would be drenched, nobody would want to wrestle me, it burned my skin...just uncomfortable overall.

I sweat massively and have learned its a genetic trait handed down. I don't worry about it when I exercise because I know my body needs the sweat to cool myself.

Where it does bother me (as others have stated) is in social situations. Its flat out embarrassing to be out at a party or club and be beading sweat or even attaining a sweat ring on your shirt.

I encourage those who stress about this to discuss it with your doctor. Google "hyperhidrosis" if you want to do some research.

Since my main area of excess sweat is my head (cranial/facial) it is hard to apply topical antiperspirants to my scalp, so I have a prescription for Glycopyrrolate which works very well with negligible side effects.
