Anyone have any possible line before the river?

Anyone CRAI on the turn?

Anyone have any bet sizing comments?

I fold preflop then play it like you did. obv snap calling the river. With a tighter image a c/r on the turn might be sexy.

OK I agree with that. What do you guys think his calling range is of my turn CR? Anything he bets for value? All overpairs? Isn't it still hard to call regardless of my image (I really don't know what my image is, sometimes I'm kind of straightforward postflop).

I like the line, but I would c/r the turn allin. Its a hand where your 8 could even be in the lead, and he is going to have a tough time calling without a str8, or set. If he has the str8 you still got good outs. i agree that you have to have at least a midly tight image though.

the question is how far down you think his range here goes... he's going to definitely be pushing 44 and better here, but do you think he's ever doing this with a 78 type hand?

I think I bet into him on the turn hoping he gives you credit for 2 pair or a straight... folds an over pair hand that you are technically behind.

If you are going to check call the turn... you have to check call the river.

The problem here (I think) is the play on the turn. Why not bet???

Yea I Was just talking about that with someone. I think I almost never have a straight here and almost always have a one pair hand... he can't think I necessarily have exactly 8T, so why shouldn't bet 87 and AA? I think those are both good "two ways" or whatever, or even good straight for value, etc.
