Why would the Mexicans care if there is a mole in the Salvadorian gang?

What the producers haven't shown yet is that the Mexican developer has a Dominican mistress who is a part-time housekeeper for the mother of one of the Salvadoran leaders. Pillow talk. |

DK,
If that's a spoiler instead of a guess as to what is going on, you should be bansticked. If it's a guess, NM. I hate Mara so much. And, in the first five minutes of this episode, I thought Ronnie was going to be the one to put Shane down. When he asked, "Where is he now?", it sounded super-ominous. |

[/ QUOTE ]No spoiler; total guess. Actually, the housekeeper part was a joke. I thought the same thing about Ronnie. During the off-season he must have found pictures of one of the producers with a goat or something, because he's getting much more face time. |

Vic needs to do a clean sweep on Shane, his family and especially Mara. Then there would be no one left to hand over those docs.

[/ QUOTE ] Seeing as how the past year has led to Lem's death and Shane's probable departure from the department (I think he'll go back to vice and be sort of this lurking stalemate challenge to Vic), it looks like the new Strike Team will be Vic, Ronnie, Kevin, and Julian. Might as well start pumping up Ronnie's character. Anyway I was worried that the only resolution to the Shane subplot would be his suicide, murder, or fleeing from L.A., but last night's episode has me hopeful that there will always be this thing between Vic and Shane -- as Shane goes back to vice and buzzes around L.A. threatening Vic with blowing the whistle while Vic threatens to do the same. They won't be able to hurt each other but they'll never be friends again. |

Wait, when did Hernan get killed? I don't remember that in the episode.
