If you can't even fold him off a pair of 7s you should probably just cold call the flop raise.

Being able to maybe clean up some outs from the SB is just about the only (admittedly very valid) reason to raise, if your fold equity is that low.

Obviously you shove the turn. Letting the SB see another card is just going to cause you heartache.
