My dad used to drink Tuborg Gold, a rather poorly rated pale ale. I was 13, and my parents were hosting some sort of extended family event. Trying to be cool and defiant, I grabbed one and nonchalantly walked over to where most of the men were gathered. Dad took one look at me with the beer and said: "You open that, you finish it." To this day, my relatives tell the story of how green I liiked after the first sip of that disguuuusting brew. I didn't have my second beer for another 6 years... </tangent> |

There really is nothing better than parenting that seems odd but works out perfectly. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] "Drink that beer" turns into "I didn't have my second beer for another 6 years" haha.
