The in-my-face irony is that if I had a different friend who died prematurely leaving kids etc, the person I would want to call to discuss my feelings about it and what it means in the big picture is my friend who just passed... |

I've been very lucky in my life that I haven't lost many family members, friends, or acquaintances in my time. But two people who have died both died from pancreatic cancer. I can appreciate the agony and just how terrible this particular form of cancer is. By the time it's detected, it's basically too late for recovery.
So my condolences as well, I can appreciate the suddeness of the loss. |
