I kid. I kid. I'm willing to play nice to see how this unfolds.

BTW, you are one of the posters that I most associate with their avatar.

- move out of that shithole of a city you live in, seriously (at least for the summer). at least go to the beach 4 times this summer.

- move from party. I can think of 3 other networks that have better 200NL games and better 'incentives'. you can still withdraw through party to your bank account after using moneybookers for everything else.

- keep on keepin' it real

Hi. I like my city. Grando think he's so good cuz he has a non-man-made lake that doesn't smell like sewage in the spring. Whatev.

I'm getting errors with pokerpatterns and pokergrapher for some reason so no graphs til that is fixed, but I have a PT screenshot of yesterday and today so far:

Add in 400 hands I played at a friend's house and ~600$ from that. I'll be playing my second 2 hour session when I'm done this post but things have gone well so far.

I saw my favorite person ever at the tables today. His name is Pavel55 and in his glory days when we both played 600nl he was the biggest tagfish ever. Now we're both at 1/2. Dangit. Anyway, he used to do this thing where if there was a raise and call pre he would squeeze ANY TWO from the blinds. This was pretty awesome because I would call any two pre and either flat call the flop c-bet if I hit a pair or push overtop of him if I missed. Now he's kinda nitty but luckily when we were playing I didn't hit anything the whole time so I'm convincing him again that I'm full of [censored] and hopefully he'll turn back into old Pavel.

Here's my favorite Pavel hand of all time:

I'll keep my eye out for super intersting hands next time so it's not all bad beats. I feel like I'm starting to play well again, although that might be the results talking. I need to keep reminding myself that a losing day won't put a dent in my BR. This helps me alot psychologically and makes the game alot more fun. I'm not afraid to lose so I can try new things and move on if they don't work. Most importantly though, I'm putting in the hours finally. I have a work ethic now and that should get me to where I want to be.

Go back to MTT forum, jerk.

Edd, I'm sure he wasn't a winner back then and I have no idea is he is one now. But I miss him .

Anyway, sorry to dissapoint my reader (s?) but I took the weekend off. I tried to play a bit on Saturday but I felt like [censored] all day and started to tilt at nothing so I quit. Then yesterday was mother's day and I didn't have any time to play. But I'm back!

I had a session for about 900 after my last post, then today I played 1400 hands for $962 . So Blog=Run good and I'm happy with that. 1/2nl is very fun and I'm playing 30/20-ish which adds to the enjoyment. I'm very comfortable there and being overrolled adds to that comfort, so I can splash around alot and that's when I'm at my best. That's why I can't play more than 4 tables succesfully I think; there's not enough time for me to think about nice spots to bluff or to be playing more hands. And of course I get way better reads like this.

So everything is going well so far and I'm not far from 2/4 if I can keep doing decently.

I'm confident with my game right now but I'm still making mistakes. Here's one example that I regretted right after playing it:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Hero ($465.56)
Button ($157.63)
SB ($173)
BB ($192.36)
UTG ($378.95)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, BB calls $4.

Flop: ($13) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $10, Hero calls $10.

Turn: ($33) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $25, Hero calls $25.

River: ($83) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $60, BB folds.

Final Pot: $143

Not raising the turn was pretty [censored] bad.

Another thing is that I've been doing is some stupid bluffs, like 3-bet bluffing with just overs vs. a raise on the flop without a great read. I managed to not do that today but I did it (and failed) a couple times on Friday.

Here's my favorite hand of the recent sessions (he instacalled river btw):

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

BB ($163.24)
UTG ($212.60)
MP ($140)
Hero ($333.58)
SB ($691.45)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises to $6, SB calls $5, 1 fold.

Flop: ($14) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $10, SB calls $10.

Turn: ($34) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $25, SB calls $25.

River: ($84) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $74.05, Hero calls $292.58 (All-In), SB calls $218.53.

Final Pot: $669.16

Results in white below:
Hero has Td Kh (four of a kind, tens).

Outcome: Hero wins $669.16.
