Wheeeee!: a lighthearted noise usually made after a big bluff, big suckout, or a big hand, to keep the game loose and entertaining.

I see nothing wrong with it, what's wrong with having a little fun? Atleast it doesn't degrade anyone's play, offend anyone, or have any vulgarity in it like most of the stuff "douche" poker players say.
