Re: Trouble sleeping
[ QUOTE ]
I've read that you shouldn't watch TV or use a computer for 2 hours before bedtime. The times I've done that sleeping has definitely been easier. [/ QUOTE ] Is this even possible? |

Re: Trouble sleeping
I personally found that reading an old book that isnt all that suspenseful has really helped me relax and fall asleep. I literally have some books that are somewhat amusing from way back when that really have helped me fall asleep quickly

Re: Trouble sleeping
Sleeping pills should be a last resort.
You have the dont drink alcohol or caffeine, eat food etc. before bed. Now try: 1. Get more cardiac excercise. it works belive me 2. Go to bed at the same time, every night (not always easy) 3. Drink more water 4. Get more natural sunlight during the day 5. Make sure the room you sleep in is dark 6. Make sure its quite 7. Shower/bath about an hour and half before sleep time |

Re: Trouble sleeping
Stuff in the replies above should help.
Also, while ZMA doesn't help me fall asleep, I think it improves the quality of my sleep. |

Update
Thanks for all the advice. I was doing pretty well in keeping with the advice, but I was still not sleeping for more than 3-4 hours.
Then I tweaked some muscles and am since taking a few days off to recover. Not eating so much now and, you guessed it, sleeping fine. Not really sure if this is a common problem, but seems like I don't sleep as well when I eat a lot. |
