Yes, a good rough estimate to use is 20% by the river.

I don't know much about the math... Chance of getting a set on Flop is around 8:1. Chance of hitting a set from PF to River is 4:1?

4 scard str8's and flushes improve odds by the river. We are all in so we can see 7 cards in this instance.
