I don't really understand why PFR is emphasised so much. There is a big difference in some players PFR and 4-bet range. In other words what makes you think that a 7 is more likely to 4-bet lighter than a 5? I don't think the two are necessarily correlated.

This is a real tough one. It would help to have more info on how you are playing. Does he perceive you as being able to 3bet lite?
Is this guy really capable of 4 betting anything less than kk/AA? Especially at 50nl. He could be donkin off his money, but folks who do that usually just shove...

Soo we are getting just shy of 3-1 immediate and about 5-1 implied (assuming he has 25 behind if you just call and he pots it. and assuming i followed the action correctly without a running pot size readout while pretending to do my job)
Smells a lot like AA... but i think that you are definitely getting the odds.. One of those, "the math made me do it" situations.
