I'm leaving for my vacation in another 30 minutes, but this is weird/there's no ban in his modnotes?

I updated his notes a minute ago based on pm convo with Mat. If anything sketchy comes from his ip, nuke away.

As for possible future trolling, I have been pming with him over the last few days and he seems to be on the level and I take full responsibility if something goes wrong again.

if an IP gets banned, it obviously doesn't attach a note to the accounts that are blocked. since the intention wasn't to an btys, but sbk, there's probably notes aplenty on sbk, but none on btys.
