what to do in three might have something to do with what happened after the river in two.

[/ QUOTE ]

Meh, assume he folded the river in Hand 2

[/ QUOTE ]

no and if you showed your hand in two i'd consider calling more.

[/ QUOTE ]

he folded the river in hand 2

hah my bad i didn't see you were the op i was like why is this dude telling me to assume he folded. hmm i might still call, i don't hate a fold, but i don't mind a call his lines looks fos unless he's capable of massive overbets with big hands or is thinking duhhh i have tree jacks.

I think 1 and 3 are ok. Hand 2 I check behind turn. I dont understand the river at all though.

[/ QUOTE ]

uhhhhh all are completely standard. Don't be a big nit, there's plenty that calls the river that we beat.

Completely disregard what I said about hand 2. I thought he had a flush draw not a flopped flush. Glad I can read

Hand 3 I definitely like a flop check.

It's reraised preflop.

TT-QQ kill you. 99 and KK can CRAI and you have to fold. AK kills you.

The turn J is pretty irrelevant, how can he have a J without already being in great shape?

I mean the flop is just awful you should go for a cheap showdown. If he has something like 77 he's just folding and maybe he'll bluff the river if you keep checking.

I agree completely if villain is an average player or a regular.

Does your view change at all if he is a donk?

Not really, I still want to control the pot. I don't want 3 streets of betting, maybe 2. Plus the flop is scary to him too, I'm not saying check flop and fold, just check flop to keep the pot under control and see what he does.

I think hand 1 was against me.

Hand 2 is good.

Hand 3 - I'd check the flop behind and try to show it down cheaply, thats quite possibly the worst flop ever for AA in a 3bet pot: esp when villain cold calls the pfr.
