id bet the river, 15-20 so that you control how much money your putting in to see the showdown. if he raises, your out. honestly, i dont see a lot of hands that you can beat. villain wasn't scared on the turn, so id likely put him on something like A10. then again, your passivity might make him think his A9 or something else is good too, which is why you can't give up on the river either.
