The site is number 21 for search "poker school" , number 10 for "winning poker system", and number 1 for "poker mentor".

From talking with a potential buy we had the idea of simply redirecting all incoming traffic from our site to another site. This would make purchasing the domain simply like purchasing advertising except you get all of the traffic instead of some.

We are expecting to receive offers anywhere from $1k to a couple thousand. To take much less from this wouldn't make sense as we could simply make that eventually from advertising. However, like I said before having the money very soon is what is important to me as well as getting out of the poker industry.

A sites selling value should be ~= to ~10 months revenue. What is the revenue of the site? I'm assuming its ~$100 a month?

We generate around $2,500 in profit. However, we are not selling the current player basis.
