Money stuck in Neteller ?? You mean Neteller will not release funds to US customers ?

I'm currently waiting on 2 checks from starz, one more than 3 weeks old. Each week I'm requesting another check, that way i hope some get thru; the whole operation looking very fishy right now.

Passing the buck to the USPS is just unacceptable.

Yeah, this struck me as a really strange excuse.

Why not just use the paytru card? The fee is only $2.50 for every $500 you withdrawal. I've never had any problems with it. I am more than happy to pay the small fee for the piece of mind that I can cash-out and then go to the ATM machine ~40hours later and get my money. Waiting on checks sucks b/c you wait 3 weeks and then if it gets lost, or what not, you have no choice but to have them cancel it and resend another one that you are stuck waiting another month for.

Selurah, what's the max you can withdraw at one time? Is it the ATM that has a cap or Paytru? BTW: I just got an email saying they're eliminating the monthly fee.

I requested a check on Sunday night (4/29), it was in my mailbox on Friday (5/4). I'm in the US.

kidp,

$500 is the max you can withdraw per 24 hour period. Thats the max the card will let you. Some ATM's might have limits less than this I'm not sure. I know at my bank the limit is $500. I also found this in the FAQ on their website:

-------------------
How much funds can be on these cards at any one time?

Your prepaid VisaŽ cards have a limit of $4999.00 per registered card. You may load up to $3000.00 per day (less any applicable fees) onto your payTru card using your Visa credit card that has been Verified by Visa on this website.

--------------------------

So for huge cash-outs this is prolly not a good option, but for a small fry like me who usually cashes out in chunks ranging from $500-2K it works perfect. Last time I cashed out by check it took 3 weeks. Last time I cashed out on the card it cost me a $2.50 fee but it only took ~2 days and I had the cash in hand.

I can cashout $1k per day on my paytru card.
Not sure why.
The ATM has a $600 max though.
But I can make consecutive transactions of $600 and then $400 and have done this more than once.

No [censored] MB? I've never tried to do more than $500 a day. I'm gonna have to give this a whirl next time I cash out on it.

The $600 transaction always comes in $20's and $5's...and then the $400 transaction is all $20's for some reason.

That's a lot of freaking bills. I feel so baller!!

Then I take it to a live-casino and buy-in for more than I need with my $20's just so I can cash it all out for easier-to-handle $100's on my way out.
