Why can't you just smoke once in a while? I don't understand why these things are so "all or nothing", like when people quit fast food forever. Once in a while of anything can't hurt unless it can damage you chemically with addiction or physically.

[/ QUOTE ] i will smoke again, but not ALL DAY, EVERYDAY like i used to. im gonna stop for a while just to get over the "addiction" to it. maybe in like 6 months or so i'll have a smoke with my friends every now and then.

[/ QUOTE ] That's cool. It isn't technically addictive like nicotine but I think you can become dependent on it, much like most substances (caffeine maybe? that might be addictive).
