I think most will interpert it as a bluff at least 35% of the time, and that's all he needs.

When i read this, i thought hero should fold

Don't look unless you want to know results.
I like it, it seems like you bet with a set/AK, then was trying to get tricky on the turn and missed a check-raise.
River looks a little bit more suspicious, but if i had villain's hand and a TAG would do this, i'd most likely fold.

Eliminating check raise allin bluffs on the river from my game has saved me a fortune. I'm one of the tightest players around but even still I used to always get looked up. I was surprised more than once by the relative weakness of the callers hand, but the cr allin river bluff is just such a suspicious line it's almost asking to be called.
