Brag: First car i own :) Name game?

Originally it was looking like ~£800 with a reputable company...then they said they werent going to insure me cus of the modifications cus i was <25. Got it for around £1k in the end and its fully comp. Car was like £10k tho so not quite as bad as ur situation. Some of the companies where charging around 2-3k tho which i thot was fairly ridiculous.

edit: yah i never liked red but for the last 2years or so iv been driving my rents red mini wen iv been home and its grown on me [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

My 1st car cost me only £1500 (7yo) the insurance was nearly £1600 - 8 years ago...

I was living in London at the time, which meant that your first car should always be a piece of junk

Once you grow up you'll probably learn also that juvenile Clios are like teenie girls. They're attractive at the moment you screw them and eff up your hormones and visions, but once you've been through this crap you're surely glad it's over.

And that one doesn't always know as much as he thinks is something you'll realize pretty soon, too. Take care. Manchester's a bad beat also.

I was either staying in manchester or going to london, i prob wudnt have even bothered getting a car in london tbh with the congestion charges etc. insurance in london prob woulda cost like triple what im paying here and my postcode is pretty bad anyway cus its pretty close to moss side.
