Like I said, this play is very very exploitable. If you think it's profitable against shaundeeb, then you think he's worse than the average fish.

Your other options are open folding, complete/folding, and complete/shoving. All of those are totally reasonable. So, you don't need to play vanilla.

Your pot equity (or whatever you want to call that 46% you mentioned) is barely significant since you've still got 3-4x the pot going into a flop OOP agianst a preflop raiser. It's not like you're going to be able to felt T-high against 9-high or anything crazy like that.
