They didn't reply to my second email either. Everest Poker has by far the worst support in the industry. PP is not even close.

Got the following reply to mail number 5

Dear Paul,

Thank you for your reply and again we apologize for the inconveniences
you are suffering with your system at this time.

We have received bug reports from other players such as yourself and
our Development team is working hard to resolve these issues. We will
continue to pass along feedback and suggestions from our valued
players, and expect a resolution to these issues imminently.

In the meantime, to further help us improve the Everest Poker
software, would you be able to email us (as an attachment), the
Everest Poker log file (log.dat) with your reply to this e-mail?

You will find this file in the Program Files > Grand Virtual > Everest
Poker folder on your hard disk.

Kind regards,
Customer Care Team

We are committed to providing you with never ending excitement and
fun. In order for us to better serve you and resolve this issue as

Had the problem as well, wrote a mail to everest, got the copy paste reply. But i decided to give the firewall adjustments a try.

Opened Everest PT and GT+ and what the hell!! it's over.

Or did everest just changed their software?
