If I can pick my hot chicks then its definitely number 1 for me. If I can't and the no sex is only for one year and after making the $1M I go back to my normal lifestyle it gets tougher. Probably lean toward number 1 still being 19 years old and willing to live on $20k one year and not having other responsibilities and knowing that I'll be able to make a decent living in the future anyways, but it gets pretty close since I'm pretty sure I could stretch $1M out to at least 15 years.

I think it would be a more interesting and tougher question if each of the next 20 years was under these conditions.
