Kidding. I like:

"I'll answer that for you in just a minute, but first let me ask you - what do you think I think you think I was thinking?"

If it takes her a while to figure out what you said, especially if she never gets back to the original question, chat her up, have a few beers, score (if you still care to). On the other hand if she answers quickly and/or intelligently, don't play heads-up freeze-outs with her.

Either way, when you do get around to answering the question (if your initial reply doesn't sidetrack the conversation), tell her you were trying to see if she was traveling with an ugly chick that you might need one of your guys to run interference on.

Bottom line is tho, her question isn't promising. "What are you thinking?" is a question usually asked by somebody who isn't smart and/or energetic enough to figure it out for themselves, or by someone who's nervous and can't think of anything to say. In my experience, spoon-feeding either of these rarely leads anywhere interesting.

you have to bluff her and check-raise all-in if you want to win the pot, if you check-call she'll know you're weak, you have to take control of the action on the flop and fire a second barrel on the turn if need be, even if she call your bluff it's good metagame for when you hit with premium hands later in the game because you have an aggressive image
