dont fold AAxx pre-flop. Period. End of story.

[/ QUOTE ]

There are very very few times you could fold a crappy AAxx hand and this isn't one of them.

1. Fuller table
2. Everyone good or better than you.
3. Everyone super deepstacked
4. Someone pretty much turns over hand as to being AAxx*

*Of all people, PF had a good post about this, someone else having AAxx just isn't common enough.

Fold it preflop only if you can't get it all in preflop. AA94 unsuited only plays badly if you are forced to make decisions on a flop. All in preflop is a no brainer shove.

I think I have folded bad aces twice preflop. Both time I was sure one player had better aces and there were like two other guys all-in already too.

I mean it's all in or fold, with so many people all in, the gamble is worth a lot less ... I'd fold because you can get your money in, in a better spot. You're going to lose this most of the time esp if someone else has AA. Even if AA holds up here, do you think you can take down this pot alone? Just fold and let everyone else go AI.
WERD!!!!!

Default Those other AA posts

All,

Well I found the posts I was looking for, one here and two on my now-defunct blog:

First AA example
Rolf and I slap each other around
Rolf and I kiss and make up

I went back and finally found a couple of times where I folded AAxx BTF in some really ugly spots. But I can't find a single instance where I ever even let up off the gas with a FRACKING NUT HAND LIKE AAQJs.

Pete,

I take it you're just letting off steam and noise again, because to post this you couldn't have read the comments on that post.

Why would I read through all the comments on some random post on your defunct blog, when the only reason you linked to it was to point out that you folded AAQJs?
