Horrible line and especially since villian's stacks are so low. I had the link on playing KK on ace high boards that is very similar to OP's hand. Sadly my comp hd crashed and I lost all of my 2p2 links.

He only has a PSB left. If we bet, we have to call his raise. Furthermore, cbetting to "know where you are" is a euphemism for "put money into the pot to make the hand easier to play; ignore all concept of maximising your winnings and minimising your losses" 95% of the time.

CaptZeebo is your friend. I'd call, he doesn't neccessarily have the ace, he could be doing this with pretty much any pair, if he's even that strong.

Flop is a very easy check. There are no cards that can hurt you that will come off on the turn. Now with a hand like 88 I might be more inclined to bet.

Also, he folds alot of hands to a flop bet that he would otherwise bluff or call with on the turn. As played, turn is an easy call.

Well I instacalled and the river came a J and his JJ was good. I was pretty sure checking was the best play on the flop but wasn't sure.
