i actually like the c/c c/c line alot here.

esp if he views you as able to fold tt/jj/qq and ur obv folding aq, so i like it.

id like the crai on a slightly different board like Q93 9 board with AQ with the same action. he could talk himself into calling a wider range.

its also more likely that cts has like jt/qj/lower PP (and may fire barrels on the turn/river with all of those to try and move us off a PP) etc than a king imo bc of pf action. and i dont think anyone is really wanting to fold this hand anywhere.

i'd fire a weak second barrel and call a raise.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think this approach is awful vs someone like cts.

He is just going to call down again w/ a marginal hand, and he isn't retarded enough to just auto raise a small bet... take this line against 1/2 retards but not cts.

[/ QUOTE ]

isnt him calling down again with a marginal hand great for us?

and i dont think he's incapable of bluffraising a turn weaklead with something light here. depends on our image and history with him, and how much credit he gives us.

c/c turn, yes

c/c any river, money on fire

edit: the stack sizes are very convenient for him stacking off here over 2 streets, which means either he fires 2 barrels a lot more than anyone should after this action on a K9x9 board, or, at least when the river is something like the Th, we're in trouble

coming from you or I perhaps, but I dont know how he views OP. If he's somewhat unknown, or he doesnt respect him that much, it could work nicely.

if you are going to play this one hand and then immediately leave the table i agree with everyone about maximizing your potential profit and going into c/c mode.

however if you plan on playing vs him for any decent amount of time i would def. fire on the turn.
if you constantly go into c/c mode with hands like these when OOP he is going to own your soul, control pot size, and make it really hard for you to ever fire 2 barrels vs him.
you have to make it hard for him to float/peel you light and a good way to do this is to fire multiple barrels with your entire range.
